Dark and desolate,
Once so bright, now so dark;
Once so warm, now so cold.
What have I become?
What have I done?
Alone in despair,
Full of pain, full of hate;
Full of suffering, void of joy.
What have I become?
What have I done?
Once so happy, now alone;
A faded existance, now all gone;
I am but a shadow, no form of my own.
In darkness I dwell, in pain I shall stay.
An enigma, an unquestioned existance.
What I once was, no longer exists;
Myself am changed, but what have I become?
My past forgotten, what have I done?
The things I never knew, the things I no longer know;
I seek the truth. I want to know.
Faded, hated, lost, alone;
Changes known, causes unknown;
Who am I, what have I become?
What once was, no longer is;
All is gone, this is the end.
Who am I? And what have I become?

Add some guitar rifts, a drummer, some bass, and an kick ass vocalist...think you got something there... ^_^
